The Story:
On a trip up the Maritime Highway through the Inland Straits, I spent the morning in Ketchikan. Along the main marina, I spotted an eagle approximately 200’ away and 90’ up in the boughs of a Fir tree. Within seconds, I focused my camera and took the shot. This has been one of the most demanded photos in my portfolio of work.
