After your purchase, we will contact you via email to gather input for your custom story and imagery.  And within 72 hours provide you with a visual of the story, imagery, and how the images appear on your choice of hat.  Once you approve, * our production team will produce your custom Aluminum Metal Plates and the Ready-For-Plate custom hat.
